    • Michele conceived the initial idea for the Service by Design programme having herself spent over 16 years working in telecommunication services where she developed new products and services. She has worked in a variety of roles in a variety of Marketing and Business Development roles in universities and the private sector

    • Innovation Development Manager, RIES
    • Ron has overall responsibility for the Service by Design programme, ensuring that trained Innovation Mentors are matched with suitable organisations and that programme objectives are achieved. He has worked in a number of roles in Sales, Marketing and Engineering mostly in the private sector
